1. how much is shipping to canada, australia, and mid-western europe ( united kingdom, france, germany, italy ... ) ?
--- shipping to canada costs 2 dollars more, to australia and western europe add 3 dollars more. this rate is for airmail letter post( 4-7 days, cheapest and no tracking). please contact me for shipping to other locations or global express shipping (3-5 days with tracking info)

2. are these new ?
--- all items are genuine apple ipod, new oem, and carefully bulk packaged with a plastic screen protector.

3. can i return if it doesn't work ?
--- all items have 10-day gurantee against doa by seller. if the item doesn't work, the shipping cost is on me.

4. why should i buy auctiva insurance ?
--- shipping insurance is highly recommended for high-value items because i'm not responsible for any shipping loss/damage if occurred. btw, it is only 1-2 dollars, and you'll be worry-free.
